easy walks to waterfront park and local restaurants
I chose this motel for its perfect walking distance to attractions, just a 15-minute stroll to the USS Midway Museum and the waterfront park, making it super easy to explore San Diego on foot. while the room was a bit dated, it was freshly painted and comfortable enough for a weekend getaway.

Watch out for sneaky fees
We spent a night in a Queen Room, and honestly, the hidden fees kinda ruined it. They hit us with a $10+ tax charge for parking and Wi-Fi, which was absurd since it was supposed to be included. On the bright side, the continental breakfast was decent, but that extra charge felt totally shady.

Couple's good getaway
The location was just perfect, right near some good food spots. The place had a jetted tub that made for a nice, relaxing evening after a long day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the overall experience, it was worth it.
